Shipping
Note that there are restrictions on some products Firearms & Ammunition cannot be shipped to residential customer only to Licensed Firearms Dealers.
Any order that contains any items that are restricted without the name and address of a Licensed Firearm Dealer will not be shipped.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Store Policies
In the event of a Cancelled, Undetermined or Denied Firearm Purchase from the State of California the transferee agrees to a $100.00 restocking fee and $37.19 DROS will be deducted from refund.
In the event of a Cancelled, Undetermined or Denied SPECIAL ORDER firearms or Ammo purchase the transferee agrees to a mandatory 50% restocking fee of the total purchase price and $37.19 Fee to the State of California DOJ.
In the Event of an Online/In Store canceled or Denied Ammo purchase through California DOJ Eligibility check a 10% Restocking fee will be deducted from any and all refunds. Orders placed online/in store will be held for a maximum of 30 days.
. Any products left unclaimed after 30 days will be charged a $50/month storage fee per item. After 90 days the item(s) will be considered to be abandoned and NO REFUND will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and follow the laws within his/her State when ordering Firearms, Ammunition or Accessories, any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All Firearms or Ammo that are purchased online will only be shipped to an FFL of the customers choice or Picked up at our Location in compliance with State and Federal Laws. Prices are subject to change without notification.
All Sales are Final on Firearms and Ammunition.
