In the event of a Canceled or Denied Firearm Purchase from the State of California a $100.00 restocking fee and $37.19 DROS will be deducted from any and all refunds.
In the Event of an Online canceled or Denied Ammo purchase through California DOJ Eligibility check a 10% Restocking fee will be deducted from any and all refunds.
Orders placed online will be held for a maximum of 30 days.
Any products left unclaimed after 30 days will be charged a $50/month storage fee.
After 180 days the item(s) will be considered to be abandoned.
All Firearm Purchases are Final and Non-Returnable.
Accessory return, Returns are only accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt and returned within 10 days of receipt.
Accessory items that have been opened from the Manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for return.
Return will NOT be accepted for any accessories that have been installed/mounted. Most accessory items have a manufacture warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues with post installation.
Original shipping charges are NOT refunded if the item is NOT found to be defective.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping in these cases.
