In the event of a Canceled, Denied or Undetermined Firearm Purchase from the State of California a $100.00 restocking fee and $37.19 DROS will be deducted from any and all refunds.

In the event of a undetermined or denied SPECIAL ORDER firearms or Ammo purchase the transferee agrees to a mandatory 50% restocking fee of the total purchase price and $37.19 Fee to the State of California DOJ.

In the Event of an Online canceled or Denied Ammo purchase through California DOJ Eligibility check a 10% Restocking fee will be deducted from any and all refunds.

Orders placed online will be held for a maximum of 30 days.

Any products left unclaimed after 30 days will be charged a $50/month storage fee.

After 90 days the item(s) will be considered to be abandoned.

All Firearm Purchases are Final and Non-Returnable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFERS, CONSIGNMENT AND USED GUNS TRANSACTONS.

Accessory return, Returns are only accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt and returned within 10 days of receipt.

Accessory items that have been opened from the Manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return will NOT be accepted for any accessories that have been installed/mounted. Most accessory items have a manufacture warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues with post installation.

Original shipping charges are NOT refunded if the item is NOT found to be defective.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping in these cases.

These orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Transfer (PPT), Consignment or used firearm sale/s. Subsequently, we recommend that the firearm(s) have a protective case. Outlaws Armory of Canyon

Lake, LLC is not responsible for any lost or missing accessories.
